A newly hired maid, unaware that a CCTV camera was installed, urinated into a plate (or cup) in the kitchen on her very first day. She then disposed of the contents in the sink before wiping the floor with a rag .

A similar occurrence was reported in Delta State where a house help relieved herself in a bowl sourced from the kitchen sink. This too was caught by hidden CCTV, sparking outrage about sanitation and employment screening .
